Riverside Boutique Resort offers four Classic rooms with individual balconies facing a small lawn. They all have modern amenities and a refined Lao decor.

Beds: king-size bed (double rooms) or twin beds (twin rooms).

Occupancy policy: A maximum of two adults per room is allowed with the existing bedding. If a third adult stays in a room, the use of an extra bed is mandatory and it will be charged.

Children policy:

• One child 4 years or younger can stay free of charge when using the existing bedding or a baby cot.
• One child between 5 and 11 years old will be charged for breakfast when using the existing bedding.
• A child 12 years or older is considered adult and must use an extra bed.

Check-in / check-out: Check in time is 2:00 PM or earlier, subject to availability. Check out time is at or before 12:00 PM (noon).

Smoking and pets: Kindly note that Riverside Boutique Resort enforces a no-smoking and no-pet policy in the rooms.
